I had to add my two cents. I think that perhaps it's about a woman seducing the speaker. I haven't seen the video, but this song just seems to sexy to be about much of anything else.

He's by himself, he looks up there's this very attractive woman trying to seduce him, he gives in, he's exstatic, but doesn't know her, (who's that lounging in my chair, casting devious stares) and frankly can't believe that she's going to have sex with him.
