I agree with BelvedereII - I think he's watching his ex-girlfriend dancing with a guy at a club and is really jealous, and then some other guy comes and hits on HIM. As far as I can see there's actually no real reason for it being a guy rather than a girl making him dance with him, I think it's just incidental.
