i'm pretty sure it is religious,
& how bad influences are now days.

i think it's talking about how believing in God is a sacrifice.
chosing to live your life according to the bible could only mean disaster.
& much like the person before me, it is about how peoples lives are ruined because of religion.
the thought of saying one wrong thing could possibly send you to hell is no less than frightening to many.

preists tend to use methods written in the bible to scare people into being "good to God",
basicly i believe it is about a person that sees through all the shit portryed in church & realizes that God gave us life so that we could make CHOICES not JUDGEMENTS, & is saying not to be so cautious because with or without the priest preaching his teachings, only you can make your life worth living.
fearing a book will only destroy you.
