I love this song. I only wish they would have made it a bit longer though.
Whenever I hear it, alot of things come to mind. Sometimes I'll think about how a person feels just before death: flashing back to previous moments in your life and reflecting on them, both good and bad, and where you'll end up, if anywhere at all.
As for the title, I think they called it "Second Stage Turbine Blade" just because it was an intro without a name. They needed to call it something, so they just went with the album title. Makes sense to me.
