What I've always thought was it was about a guy who had a large obsession with a girl, who is somewhat famous. That's because I take things a bit too literally... after reading what people have said on here, my view has changed somewhat... There can be other interpretations. Generally, yeah, you can be rich and famous, but without love, are you really worth anything?
