Obviously this is about fame, or more simply being known for something. Even just the favorite child in the family. there are so many people talking about you and commenting on your acomplishments that you have to continually live up to and defeat expectations, and how sometimes you can't.
and also I think it is about hollowness and how recognition doesn't bring you anything.
