Its one of the longest stories in his book, but this guy who had been diagnosed with HIV comes into a bar where Eric was in oughkeepsie, looking to pick a fight so he could bleed into somebdoy to give them HIV too. read the story and youll understand what this song is BASED on, not 100% about.
