I agree with Thesaya about it's meaning. It sounds like maybe she was convinced by the ghosts of women to break the hearts of men. (Kind of reminds me of "Willow" a little.) They could be the ghost of women who were by men in their lifetimes.
As far as the last two line go, I think she is referring to the ghosts her "army". And the very last line is probably because, as I said, they were hurt by men in their lifetimes.
