What did you think those saddles and boots was about?

How are you supposed to ride horses without saddles and boots?
(ok you could, but it's quite alot more dangerous, if you're not quite as good as an Indian warrior)
I ride practically every day, often with boots, because they protect your horses pelt and your feet from rubbing up.
I can Imagine cowboys are great friends, and often close, but in NO WAY are there any significant gays among them any more than in the rest of the population.
This whole public gay stuff is a bit annoying and stupid, I also don't walk around announcing that I'm a straight hetero...
