Everyone of his albums has this pervasive feeling over the entire span of playing. His first album had an acoustic, young feeling, his 3rd album, Phantom Moon, was filled with this somber reminiscence, etc.
This album contains the feeling of beauty. Like exploring a favorite artist, such as seeing another Monet, or reading a poem that reaches into your soul, each track on this album opens to me like this. I don't think White Limousine is his best album; He has other ones that are more complete. What i do think about White Limo is that he manages to touch on a culture in turmoil with his lyrics and combines it with a delicacy in his music that creates this unstable picture like early abstract painters.
The beauty intensifies as the album draws to a close ending with this song, the most beautiful. I can argue with myself whether it is the most beautiful of any of his songs which I refrain from doing on this long drawn out comment.
