I salute you for typing up the lyrics TheEmceeKing, I really love this song too. Sadly, I have hardly an idea as to what it means. All I can think of is that it's talking about how life has gotten so complicated and that nothing is satisfying enough. What it all comes down to is that nothing can fill that void, or give us what we really want. Ultimately, life is hard, and I think this song is asking why life has to be this way.
I love the line "When did making love get so robotic, hypnotic, psychotic..." It's almost saying "Where did the love part go??"
