A little while back there was this craze where all these MPs came out saying they'd done a load of drugs in their youth, like some attempt to seem more human. And at the same time there's loads of lobbyists trying to get more and more drugs legalised, and there's this shift from drug users being "bad people" to go to jail to them being a legitimate group of people with needs to be catered for. I mean, that's not really true but I guess that's the direction Damon's hinting at?
