I'll go ahead and add my take on it. My guess is the Theme of the song is 'Praying Mantis Syndrome.' It's when after the female mantis is done mating with the male mantis, the female kills the male. PMS(no, not THAT PMS, the syndrom listed above) is pretty much that, but in this sense, applies to women. I believe that the woman in this song suffers from this syndrome. After the woman has sex with the man in this song(unlucky bastard)she kills him, making the line "That person is inside a wall..." make a lot more sense when you think about it.
