Not sure what the reference to dust is. Cocaine? Angel Dust (PCP)? Or the dust of the sandman? To me, I thought it was about someone hooked on drugs and depressed. There's no hope of helping her. Or maybe "she" is the drugs... Don't get involved with her. She's a waste of time... Leave her.

The question in my mind being: Is the person just "playing" dead in the cellar? Or passed out in drugged delirium?
