I've been going to this one dance studio for 10 years and whenever a girl graduates from high school, they get a solo for the recital, and they choose the song. usually the songs are about leaving. like, "don't you forget about me". Since I'll be graduating in 2 years (i'm a sophomore) I'm going to choose this song since it's all about becoming independent and being able to go off on your own.
