i take it as a girl who likes a guy and really liked him, was willing to do things for him, make an effort but he was just stringing her along and couldnt fully commit...whether that be cos he is a player (sounds like it) or otherwise engaged.
She's basically saying look ive had enough now, even tho i did really like u, and wouldve gone all out 4 u, thats it, u are what u are and im done with it...in a its a shame sorta kickass way
