What I got from this song in a few of the lines was that its talking about violence is a world-wide problem because people have grown cold.. From school shootings, to murdering kids, to everything that has gone corrupt!

That entire section, I think, is about to start listening to what is going on and try to lend a hand to help others.. I dont know, Because when I was reading these lyrics, I was thinking about school shootings.. Your little suburbia is in ruins, All of the school shootings seem to take place in the suburbs, and people going crazy and killing people.. People dont want to wake up and realize that those kinds of things can happen.. Just because they live in a safe and dandy neighborhood doesnt mean that evil cant be prevelant..
