this is the most perfect song for what i'm going through at the moment. i absolutely love this song, and this is how i interpret it:
She likes him. A LOT. he may, or may not, like her back. regardless, she is falling so fast for this guy, and it's killing her to keep all of her feelings bottled up, so she tells herself she has to tell him how she feels. but, everytime the perfect opportunity comes up to talk to him and to be with him, she freezes up, and lets it's slip by. then, she feels heavily burdened by it all. It crushes her emotionally because when people like someone a lot, but it's not going anywhere and they don't know how to express their feelings or when to say the things they need to say, they feel exactly like this. i know i have. and you probably have too.
