The first two paragraphs is about how she made a mistake, and he keeps harping on it. She just wants them to just forget about her mistake.

[You lied about how much you knew. I thought you were my friend. You lied upon the mattress. C'mon tell me where you've been. You lied about this night apart. You lied about the room. If you're gonn have to lie to me, then Let's forget about it.]

This chunk is about him lying to her about her infidelity. And she want to forget about this too -- but the "forget about it" this time is different from the previous one. This time, she knows he's lying, and if he insists on continuing to lie, she doesn't want to hear it. In other words, she sick and tired of it.
