I think this song is about a girl that has been through a lot, found guys that made her feel less than she was worth but now has found a guy that makes her feel special and like she's worth it. But she doesn't know if he sees her the same way she sees him. She knows their lives would change in a second if they were together, but doesn't know if he wants that to happen.
