I think it's about someone who is completely more in love with someone then they could ever be with them. The feelings are there, for one of them atleast, and it was never admited, and now due to circumstances the person he or she is infactuated with is leaving. The last chance to say everything, but in a sad sort of way, that person will never think of you as much as you think of them.
