you've got it all wrong. to me this is about someone who cant get away from something. for example, "i want to run but youve got the gun pointed right at me" .
see, when he says -shes not convinced when i try to keep a straight face when we kiss- it basically means to me that he doesnt really liike her, he just cant get away from her . thats what i think,,
