I think this is about waiting for a relationship as in the line "I'll fucking wait for you"...But the waiting is becoming annoying and a little painful as in the line "Fuck you and your love", and "Here lies the waste"...he's suffering for it and in the end he won't forgive her for making him wait...That's the impression I got from this song at least. Definitely one of my faves by them.
