I think it is about someone who is constantly being judged by people, and was in a relationship with someone who was a total hypocrite, and constantly judged him for being different. I think he refers to being judged as being "Scammed", because the ex-lover was trying to take away the parts of himself that made himself interesting, and he doesn't even know it.
I think the "I'm hurting myself and I don't even know it" line is about...umm...He's hurting himself by thrusting himself from his normal life (As referred too in one of those lines), because he is leaving himself open to be judged.
Then, the topic switches to the ex-lover/whatever and he is trying to get the guy who makes fake faces around people to show his emotions around people.
