I think I have the meaning to this song down...
The song is titled, "I never met another Gemini" A gemini's sign is the twin.
The story is this guy is dying in a hospital bed, and he's having delusions of a persons presence, but never see's the person, only hears them.
The person he hears is himself, but in death. It's his "twin" (remember, the sign of the Gemini...) He's talking to himself from 'the other side'
At the end of the song, he dies, and he joins his twin in death.
It's confusing, but I think that's it...
