Lyric discussion by lostbattles

Don't see it only relationship-wise. The beauty of the lyrics (and art in general) is that you can interpret it in many ways. For example it could be about a person who feels distant and isolated. Closed to himself for many years, although he doesn't like his state of being, he does nothing to change it maybe because he thinks that this isn't possible. After many internal struggles he finds the balance with himself and so the way out from never-ending depression. Looks quite Thom York's situation doesn't it?
