I think this song has something to with Ramesh moving to Glasgow. I am almost certain that he says "She's spending Saturday's in Partick" which is an area of Glasgow, & SSP could be the Scottish Socialist Sarty, although I'm completely unsure of what they have to do with anything.
It would make sense if he was talking about Glasgow as the song talks about following dreams, "drama and change", travelling far, etc.
