I think this song is about like two best friends, and how they've believed in each other, abd they've always been there for each other, for the better and for the worse. I think he's singing about how his friend's going through a rough time and he's telling them that they can get through it. [We're gonna do this one together]. He's basically just thanking them for being a good friend.
