I actually am coming to try and guess at the meaning.
Sorry if this comes off as confusing, but it's hard to translate into words.
I think the rain represents all the negative things in life. The sun, obviously, represents the good and positive in the narrator's life.
The narrator has had a hard life, dealing with issues and problems left and right, and he's used to being depressed. Suddenly, his life is going good again, and he hates the feeling of being happy, and calls out for his regular life, and the familiar feelings of sadness, anger, and depression.
"This sun is melting my skin."
This is talking about how the positive things are changing his personality for the better, and he doesn't like it because of the unfamiliarity of happiness and positivity.
"And I would give you anything to feel something."
Like I've been saying, he doesn't like the happy feelings. He feels fake when he is riding the emotions. He's bargaining with someone, saying, "Hey, make me like I was before, happiness is messing me up, and I feel like a fake." His 'feel something' is depression.
"And I can feel the water changing me,
It’s changing me for good."
He must have got his wish, because the negatives are back and he's supposedly cleansing himself of the good feelings and changing back to who he was before.

Hope I made sense.
