I do think this song has much to do with sex like what Dynah said. I think that she knows that this guy only wants sex with her and he doesn't actually care about her otherwises and though she knows that, she keeps coming back for more. She wants to believe that she can change his mind by having sex with him but on some level knows that she needs to stop doing what's she is doing.
