I think she's saying that she's tired of sitting around wishing that someday, her prince charming would find her and sweep her off her feet.
She's ready to explore, do something she's never done before, explore, find him before it's too late.
And more than anything, she wants to feel alive, like she's actually pushing beyond the limits.
And even if everything fails in the end, at least she will know that she had the courage to do something for herself.
I honestly believe that every girl feels this way at some point in their lives.
