Yeah, someone dying (literally or figuratively, but more likely figuratively), and wondering where the other person was when they needed them.
'Warm skin, wolf grin' makes me think of FREAKYSMILEDEADGIRL from the episode. XD Damn them putting the best song in the freaky ep. 8D If only they put it in Tabula Rasa ... lol.
Perhaps the 'I fell into the moon and covered you with blue' might be, they died inside (high tide, inside - upsurge of sadness/crying/depression?) and fell into deep depression (also, werewolves - wolf grin, moon? significance?) and made the other person depressed too? Perhaps then they want to reverse time and/or stay with them a while to try and save themselves ... 'Can I make it right? Can I spend the night?' But that doesn't make much sense for the 'alone' afterwards. The 'wild eyed, i died' could be that they kind of went insane with depression ... when it all overwhelms you, it does kind of happen.
