I definately believe it's about a girl in a bunch of relationships, perhaps she has horrible self-esteem issues or something but it almost seems like she brings it on herself because of "loose lips wide hips". Sort of reminds me of prostitution. But another interesting thing is both the "religious" people and the scoundrels are the same. Sort of like the pharasies because religion doesn't mean anything without A relationship with God. So there are people who pretend to be christians or whatever and then theres just plain dirty people and all of them are using her just to get into her bed. She doesn't want to live like this anymore but whats she to do? She's become apathetic to her situation(Passionless, she doesn't care) so she doesn't care what happens to her body or something. Perhaps I'm way off track but thats just what I got. Amazing song though, caught my ear right away
