This song is amazing! i agree with musicx3...this song is all about a relationship where the guy thought everything was going smoothly and the girl just broke it off. I think it's also about that feeling when someone you thought you loved has hurt you, and every sane rational part of your being is telling u to move on. At the same time though, for some reason you just can't let go. I love the line "Today I loved someone for three years, tomorrow just let go" because it basically defines the whole song. She wants him to be able to just get over it instantly, the way she's seemed to, but to him it's just ridiculous that he can go from having so much to having nothing so quickly
