Can't work out the first part but here's what I gather about the last part.

Things look dofferent, he feeling things usualy he wouldn't let out, all things brought on by X.

The X is making his eyes look bigger, while someone gives him a strange look(as you can tell pretty easy if someone is on X) and he is feeling signs of euphoria, running through the tides? Maybe this describes the waves he feels through his body.
