This is one of my favorite songs on Stacked Rubbish, but I think of Aoi (who wrote it) when I listen to it. It sounds upbeat to me, but it makes me really melancholy. I read in an interview that this song is about a relationship of his that went bad or something...I can't really remember if that's right, tho. Someone correct me if I'm wrong!
