I believe this song is in reference to his relationship with a particular record company that he may have been with at the time that he may have been in disagreement with... being told what he can and can't do....and being unable to go anywhere else...other than of course drugs, after which, he won't care when the people in the studio or the people associated with the record company bitch and moan.
