this song is about 2 people who knew each other for a long time. but once the long distance relationship started it crash and burned because it consumed them both. they both try to numb themselves from the memories and move on; you know, draw the line somewhere. the reassurance other things to come doesn't cut it anymore and they both, as much as they try, may never forget what happened. i always imagine the season in between fall and winter at a desolate park.
