i do agree with the first post, but i think theres more to it then just that. it seems to me that the girl constantly treats the guy like shit, walks all over him, and just doesn't appreciate him whatsoever. but the guy doesn't care..he loves her that much..."Don't you know that three small words could make this all okay" and he's basically saying that he would take her back and forgive her for everything she has ever done if she just says she loves him
