I prefer R.E.M.'s version. This might have something to do with me being a huge R.E.M. fan(atic). I just find Michael's voice so spiritual and it floats along in here, making the atmosphare to a dream-like thing. It's also a fascinating point that Bill Berry was back on track, playing drums on this recording.
