Well I agree with the statement about the children being trained to kill in africa, but I also believe that mostly this song is about war or violent video games. It displays by the begining intro and content in the song that these games have a powerful influence on the young mind. confusing reality with games where if someone dies theirs no funeral and no ones really effected. This one might be a long shot but I think it also speaks on the government making money off of the war by creating these simular games and basically war training children who they cant legally pull into their war yet " but the guns are just to tall for you, we'll find you somethin small to use" and also demonstrated by the line"childhood destroyed devoid of all childish ways" basically the games are preparing the kids for war subliminally.
