It wasn't their original idea they kinda just copied bands like 10 Minutes Till Lift Off, Sky Eats Airplane, Chiodos etc.
You people should try listening to bands off myspace who don't have many fans. I've still been a fan since 2005 and I think they are kind of individual but they were/are more into less fast paced rock and not so much into the electronic side of it at all.
