I love how when he sings it, his voice has a rasp to it that injects emotion.
the little bell parts are nice too along with the unique drumming (like on all their songs.. Great drummer!!!).
It's very clear what the song's about though, and i like that Monks is writting about his mom but not in a 'sissy' way. I never thought of writting like that... i don't know, can't really explain it.
