-All this means is this guy hopes this is the last time he has to talk to this girl he likes with a conversation that is "dead on arrival". He would never be mean or say no to her but every time he trys to talk the conversation instantly dies.

-pretty basic he cant stop thinking about her and its pretty much ruining his life.
