it's really really sarcastic... obviously she's never going to get a chance to recreate the universe, so she's just making up the most extreme propositions to a certain person (?) so they can see just how wrong their way of thinking is, never being satisfied with anything.
And she's saying if they keep living this way nothing better is going to happen, soo...
