I didn't really understand this part until I was about to fall asleep with this song playing through my head. Billie Holiday did a cover of "Gloomy Sunday" the song by a Hungarian composer which allegedly made many people commit suicide. Billie Holiday added on to the song with a "second ending" so that people would be less likely to commit suicide:

So Emilie Autumn is saying that the second ending of Gloomy Sunday was added because it was disturbing, but that that's not the point, and people in the world need to be disturbed, they need to be upset by the state of things to change them, to understand the world, instead of hiding from them.
I guess that that second ending can be considered disturbing, because makes you think about the suicide, but not to commit it, so instead of making you commit suicide, you kinda think about it. Like, Emilie doesn't want people to commit suicide ofc, just to reach them, make a point, 'think about this before you do something stupid...' Iunno, just a thought.
