When I first heard this song it was on The Sopranos. I thought they were saying "Kentucky Fried Blow" on acount that Christopher was on heroin. Kentucky Fried would mean the color like Kentucky Fried chicken... which is brown, and blow for cocaine... put 2 and 2 together and its a description of heroin. Never heard this term used for it though. Other words, I have no idea what this song is about.
