I love this song. I think it's about a girl who's in love with a guy who already has a baby with another girl. "He'll be there holding your baby/And I'll be there holding him still". I think it's either about a real car crash, in which the narrator, the boy, and the other woman were driving and only the other woman died, or about a metaphoric crash about how the guy is driving both these women's lives into the ground.
