I think that this song is about when he was writing/recording the Antichrist Superstar album in New Orleans, he had a breakdown and then fund out that his girlfriend at the time, Missi Romero, was pregnant and that she was going ot be having an abortion.

Those lines show that he has had the breakdown and has no emotions to do anything,

Those lines I think are about that he thinks he is dyng inside "on my way down now" and that because of the abortion, he is killing the baby "I'd like to take you with me"

Those lines describe the abortion because the minute that the baby is brought out of the womb they begin to kill it.
