i think people can relate to this song on so many levels, it's about a woman that he is infatuated by and let his first chance to talk to her go by, but vows that if he ever sees her again then he will make that move. i know i've felt that way about someone to where i don't say anything to first time but i do the second time before i lose the chance to do so, so yeahh...can't believe no one has commented on this song!
